The Autumn Equinox marks a threshold.
The long days of summer begin giving way to longer nights. Nature starts drawing her energy inward, and we’re invited to notice what we’re ready to carry with us—and what has finished its season.

Root + Release is an intimate evening gathering created to honor that transition.
Through guided meditation, Reiki, sound and seasonal ritual, we’ll create space to become quiet, grounded and intentional as we enter the season ahead.

This isn’t a workshop about the Equinox.
It’s an opportunity to experience it.
