This special offering combines the deep relaxation of Yin and Yoga Nidra with the gentle energy healing of Reiki. During the Yin portion, collective Reiki will be offered to the entire group, creating a supportive and harmonious energy field. As you transition into Yoga Nidra, individual Reiki will be administered to each student, allowing for deeper energetic alignment, release, and renewal. A truly restorative experience for both body and spirit.
