Ahhhhh, April in Texas. The month that graces our lovely town with hailstorms, tornado watches, and wacky weather (will you be sweating through your t-shirt, or digging through the closet for the winter jacket you *thought* you could put away)? But it isn’t all bad! The spring weather also decorates open fields with Texas wildflowers (hello, bluebonnets!), the warm evenings are perfect for sitting out back, and the countdown to summer has begun. There is no lack of things to do, and you’ll want to add some of these April events in Wylie, Texas, to your calendar.

It’s Time to Shred, Y’all

Do you have a giant stack (or even a file cabinet) full of documents that you know you will literally never need again, but are afraid to toss because they contain personal information? There’s no need to pay for a shredding service or buy a shredder. Frost Bank wants to help you protect your privacy with its “Shred-It!” event on April 2nd.
