Pro Tips for your Bluegrass on Ballard Experience
It’s practically summertime in Texas. It’s going to be hot! Here are some tips for taking advantage of the event and keeping cool.
- Get there early! If you get there early enough, you will not only have a better parking experience, but you’ll also be able to grab a spot in the shade.
- Bring chairs or a blanket to sit on. Seating is not provided, so be sure to bring your own.
- Wear sunscreen and bring a hat. Because it’s hot, y’all.
- Bring water. Many local businesses will be passing out water, and vendors will have some for sale. But bring your own, too.
- Check out local businesses for specials and fun activities. Not only will this give you a chance to support local shops, but you’ll also get to escape the heat for a bit (yay, air conditioning).
