A few weeks ago, we asked the Discover Wylie community where to find the best pizza in Wylie, Texas. And WOW, did y’all come through! We sorted through the answers and put together a list of the top 5 most recommended pizza restaurants in Wylie. Read on for your favorite spots!

Villa Vinci Italian Restaurant
Located in historic Downtown Wylie, Villa Vinci is a local favorite. Villa Vinci offers nine different pizza flavors, plus the option to build your own. A highlight that was frequently mentioned was their gluten-free option. While I am sure they are all amazing, I have to say that I always go with the white pizza!
The downtown location makes it a convenient spot for lunch or dinner after a day of shopping downtown.
MOD Pizza
MOD Pizza came to Wylie in 2021. Founded in Seattle in 2008, MOD pizza brings fresh, customized pizza to the masses in a speedy fashion. Similar to Subway, where you build your own sandwich, MOD allows you to build your own pizza. Pizzas take only minutes to bake, and their plethora of toppings means there’s something for everybody. If you don’t want a pizza, you can use those same ingredients to make a salad. Win/win!

Dough Gourmet Pizza
New to Wylie, Dough Gourmet Pizza is already developing a fanbase around town. Even though the restaurant has only been open since December of 2023, locals have been keeping them busy and their name popped up consistently in our Facebook poll. This Texas-based chain restaurant is famous for their full menu of delicious pizza, salads, and calzones.
Napoli’s Italian Restaurant & Bar
Napoli’s Italian Restaurant & Bar is a Wylie institution, and it came up repeatedly in the comments when people were sharing their favorite local pizza joints. Napoli’s doesn’t just serve pizza, but if it’s pizza you want, you won’t be disappointed! Available for dine-in, carryout, or delivery, Napoli’s also has a full bar, making it a great spot to grab both a pizza and drink. There’s a good chance that when you walk into Napoli’s, you’ll see someone you know. It’s a popular spot!
Personal note: I like all of the options, but my family’s go-to is always plain cheese. So good!
NY Pizza & Pints
Rounding out our list of top five places to get a pizza in Wylie is New York Pizza and Pints. With a friendly atmosphere, beers on tap, and giant New York-style pizzas, locals love gathering here. If you have a large group, go for the “Piezilla,” a 24″ pizza that can feed a crowd.
