Fall is a busy season for Wylie. We have a lot of fun events taking place around town! We have put together a list of Wylie Texas fall events that you won’t want to miss. Some of these events require tickets or registration, so be sure to read the details!

Wylie Texas Fall Events

Boo on Ballard – Wylie’s favorite event is back, and better than ever! This year’s Boo takes place on October 27th, from 6-8pm, in Historic Downtown Wylie. Streets close at 4pm, so keep that in mind if your evening commute takes you through the downtown area. This downtown trick-or-treat event and festival is a fun way for Wylie families to get lots of candy and enjoy an evening out. Be sure to dress up!

Blue Heron Landing Haunted Trail – Get ready for a spoooooky time at Blue Heron Landing’s Haunted Trail! The Haunted Trail requires tickets and is open October 21st, 28th, and 29th.

Wylie Gift Guide – The Wylie Gify Guide will be back for the second year! The Discover Wylie Gift Guide will be available on November 8th. You can find it right here, on DiscoverWylie.com.

Wylie Entrepreneur Expo – Are you a local small business owner? Maybe you have a side hustle, or want to start one? The Wylie Entrepreneur Expo is a free event hosted by the Wylie Economic Development Corporation. The event is on November 15th, from 3-8pm. This is a “come and go” event, so if you can’t make it for the entire event, just come when you can! Registration is required.

In-Sync Pumpkin Toss – What happens to all the pumpkins at the end of fall? Tigers eat them, of course! Come see lions, tigers, and other big cats enjoy some enrichment when local big cat sanctuary, In-Sync Exotics, hosts their annual Pumpkin Toss! Be sure to get tickets in advance to this fun event, which takes place on November 5th at 11am.

Small Business Saturday – Shop local and support Wylie small businesses on Saturday, November 26th. Small Business Saturday is a big day for small businesses. #iShopWylie

Wylie Arts Festival – Knock out your Christmas shopping and keep it local at the popular Wylie Arts Festival. With over 150 vendors, this event is a great chance to support local small businesses and find something truly unique. This year, the Wylie Arts Festival takes place on December 3rd from 9am to 4pm.

KCS Holiday Express – The KCS Holiday Express is coming to town! This fun holiday train event will be getting started just as the Wylie Arts Festival comes to a close. The Holiday Express rolls into Wylie on December 3rd at 4pm. Get there early as the lines can be long! This is a popular event for anyone who likes trains.
